Enablement Services Consultant (Boston)
Coradiant’s product offerings are quickly becoming a standard tool for web operations teams worldwide. We have seen tremendous growth in our sector and our existing client base is growing exponentially, quarter by quarter. As a result, we’re expanding our services team to help ensure that our clients are properly trained and able to maximize the use of their Coradiant products once purchased. This is where you come into the picture.
Our Enablement Services Consultant will be called upon as an expert resource that our clients will work with as they deploy our various product offerings. Reporting directly to the Vice President Services, you’ll be working closely with our Customer Service, Client Services staff, Partner teams to deliver specific client requirements. Clients will look forward to working with you onsite because of your expertise in all aspects of web application performance management, and they will continue to request your services as a result of your efficiency, professionalism and ROI.
We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can make split-second decisions onsite that will make the difference between a success story and a failure. We need someone who looks forward to interfacing shoulder-to-shoulder with clients whom are amongst the leaders in the corporate website community. You’ll be based out of one of our North American offices, but will be spending most of your time traveling or on-site with our North American and International customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, implement and deliver Coradiant Enablement and Professional Services engagements
- Introduce Coradiant products as they apply to the customers unique needs by creating and delivering detailed services engagements based on an in depth understanding of customer requirements
- Participate in training and certifying partners with respect to delivering services engagements; “Train the trainer”
- Maintain close relationships with Customer Services, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams by disseminating business and product input from customers
- Participate in cross-functional and cross-departmental meetings as required
- Build and maintain long term relationships and enhance rapport with customers and partners to enable the successful adoption of Coradiant product offerings
- Maintain a highly complex and technical understanding of all key Coradiant product offerings in addition to at least a working knowledge of all extended product offerings
- Apply and contribute to the standard SOW and Services Engagement library with high quality services engagement plans, training materials, and collateral that results in exceptional customer satisfaction, high staff utilization, and gross margins
- Travel: 70%+ (domestic & international)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years working in various technical facets of web enabled businesses and industry experience
- Experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales oriented presentations to large size groups
- Ability to diagram and explain complex, highly available multi-tiered network topologies and application architectures
- Posses a passionate, innovation, can do attitude with a demonstrated ability to define requirements and deliver results exceeding those requirements
- Deep understanding of web reporting including business intelligence reporting and/or analytics reporting

Account Executive (New York)
Scope:
The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling our award-winning Web Application Performance Monitoring products to targeted prospects. This position will execute sales plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objectives and provide accurate and timely forecasts. Other responsibilities include new business development by building and cultivating business relationships within a geographical territory, and working with channel to increase Coradiant sales and awareness within the VAR channel community.

System Integrator (Montréal)
Description:
Reporting to the Platform Group Manager, you will be performing various duties regarding system integration, software development, build management and validation, as well as 3rd level support.
As a system integrator, you will code and unit test as needed appropriate components to our product platforms. You will participate in technology evaluations for key middleware products for Coradiant’s product line. In conjunction with other team members, you will survey available solutions, perform their evaluation and formulate appropriate recommendations.
Your knowledge of scripting language as well the C/C++ languages, as applied to systems level development, will be sollicited in implementing components that pertain to the real time operation of our products, either at the protocol analysis or Linux kernel and device driver levels. You will also script numerous integration modules that will ensure the self-monitoring and the overall manageability of the systems.
Finally, your troubleshooting skills will be key in providing timely and accurate third level support to our expanding customer base.

Specific duties:
- Survey, evaluate and recommend middleware products to be deployed in Coradiant products
- Design, implement, troubleshoot and document real-time system level code in C/C++ as well as other scripted components
- Participate in the integration of the new system components
- Assist in managing the source code repository, in conjunction with other teams: define the tree structure, monitor code check-ins and revision tagging
- Maintain the build process: revise Java Ant build files, monitor the daily build process, maintain the build journal and work with software developers to resolve problems.
- Validate builds destined for formal QA testing: produce release notes and coordinate build handoffs
- Collaborate with the QA group in coordinating access to shared testing infrastructure, as well as leveraging best practices relating to the test infrastructure and test procedure

Prerequisites:

- Collaborer avec le groupe d’assurance-qualité quant à l’accès partagé à l’infrastructure de test système, tout en établissant les meilleures pratiques en termes d’installations et de procédures de test.
- Supporter le processus de fabrication et améliorer l’infrastructure et les programmes de test de fabrication
- Fournir le support technique de troisième niveau, tel que requis, en collaborant avec l’équipe de support à la clientèle

Technical Customer Support Representative (Montréal)
Description du poste:
As a member of our Customer Support team, you will provide technical support primarily to our enterprise customers who are working to implement Coradiant solutions. You will be the primary interface between Coradiant and our customers and you will with Coradiant’s QA department to ensure all problems are resolved with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through quick and thorough turnaround on customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Client Services team, and the staff in quality assurance to resolve complex customer problems
- Respond to customer inquiries, via email and telephone
- Properly document all customer interactions and troubleshooting actions into the ticket tracking system
- Manage, troubleshoot, and respond to open issues to ensure appropriate resolution time
- First line of contact for support
- Proactively identify, record and revise current procedures to improve customer satisfaction
- 10% business travel
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of technical support or customer facing work experience
- Strong verbal agility and fluent written communication skills (English)
- Setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux or Unix systems
- At least 2 years of related software and hardware experience
- Hands-on technical skills
- Inquisitiveness to learn new products and ideas
- Tack-sharp analytical and problem solving abilities
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong skills in customer service
The successful candidate will possess a few of the following assets:
- Experience in enterprise and public data centers working with firewalls, load-balancers, switches, routers, reverse proxy caches, and traffic shapers
- Familiarity with the installation and configuration of Linux or Unix operating systems
- Ability to diagram and explain complex, highly available multi-tiered network topologies
- Experience working with database solutions (Oracle a plus)
- Familiarity with mission-critical, multi-tiered web applications such as those that run on WebSphere, WebLogic, Microsoft IIS, ATG Dynamo, or Oracle 8i
- Familiarity with load-testing and traffic generation including hosted synthetic testing (Keynote, Gomez, AcitveWatch) and load generation (Mercury LoadRunner, Rational Robot, Empirix, SilkTest)
- Familiarity operating Business Intelligence and/or Reporting solutions

- Experience with high-traffic web services, including capacity analysis, monitoring, and change management.

Représentant, Soutien technique aux clients (Montréal)

En tant que notre représentant de soutien technique au client, vous fournirez le support technique à nos clients d'entreprise qui travaillent pour mettre en application des solutions de Coradiant. Vous serez l'interface principale entre Coradiant et nos clients, et travaillerez étroitement avec le département d’Assurance Qualité pour assurer les niveaux les plus élevés de la satisfaction de client par une résolution rapide et complète de leurs questions.
Responsabilités:
- Travailler directement avec l’équipe de service du client, ainsi qu’avec l’équipe du QA pour résoudre les problèmes complexes du client.
- Répondre aux questions du client, via courriel et téléphone
- Documenter correctement toutes les interactions de client et actions de dépannage dans le système de piste de l'appel du département
- Répondre aux demandes de support rentrants comme nécessaire, afin de s’assurer de maintenir des niveaux de services acceptables
- Premier niveau de support

Prérequis:
