CEO and Chairman
Brett is Coradiant's CEO and Chairman and brings over 20 years of executive management experience in the networking industry. Previously, as President and CEO of IPivot, he helped create the industry's first secure sockets layer (SSL) acceleration appliances and Layer 7-aware traffic management equipment. Brett spearheaded IPivot's acquisition by Intel, where he continued as General Manager of Intel's Network Equipment Division.
Prior to launching IPivot, Brett served as Vice President and General Manager of @Work. He has also served as Chairman, President and CEO of AirFiber, and in senior management positions at U S West.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at the University of Utah and served as an aviator in the United States Air Force.
President and COO
Ali leads all of Coradiant's business and operations and has been instrumental in bringing Coradiant's ground breaking End-User Experience Management products into new markets and opportunities. Ali is experienced at building strategic partnerships and in developing ecosystems within new technology marketplaces. Prior to his appointment as President, Ali led Coradiant's marketing.
Ali has enjoyed successful tenures at a number of key organizations, including Intel where he served as general manager for the wireless products division. Previously, Ali was an entrepreneur in residence at Enterprise Partners Venture Capital and also served as the CEO of Kalon Semiconductor.
Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations
Andy manages and directs the financial, legal, and administration functions at Coradiant. Andy has been on the ground floor of several technology start-ups and has implemented and managed the accounting, human resources, contracts, purchasing, and operations departments. Start-up experience in the networking industry includes IPivot (acquired by Intel), Primary Access (acquired by 3Com), and WireCache. Andy also has significant experience in the Internet, consumer software, and aerospace/defense industries.
Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University. He has also earned designations as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP).
Senior Vice President, Research and Development
Bernard leads the R&D team with 20 years of experience in the software and high-technology arenas. He joined Coradiant in 2002 to oversee the development of performance monitoring and management products. Bernard's diverse background includes developing scientific and computer-aided engineering applications for Hydro-Québec, targeting the energy sector. He led the software development at VIPswitch, a network equipment startup, and supervised smart card and security technology development at Gemplus, including OEM projects with Microsoft and IBM.
Bernard graduated from Montreal's École Polytechnique, with bachelor's and master's degrees in Engineering. He also obtained a graduate diploma in Computer Science from Concordia University.
Senior Vice President of North America Sales and Channels
Matt leads Coradiant's sales and channels for North America. He has over 18 years of high tech sales and business development. Matt has held a number of sales leadership positions in several startup and established companies including Extreme Networks and Akamai Technologies.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Hon leads Coradiant’s business development efforts. Prior to joining Coradiant, Hon served as CEO of Symphoniq since its inception. Hon co-founded NetIQ, where he served on the board of directors until 2003. Hon also co-founded and served on the boards of several other companies, including Centrify, Ecosystems (acquired by Compuware), Digital Market (acquired by Oracle), Relevant Industries (part of Flextronics) and a number of other technology companies. Hon is also a General Partner of Wongfratris Investment Company, a venture investment firm.
Hon holds dual BS in electrical engineering and industrial engineering from Northwestern University and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Director, Application Engineering
Dave leads the application engineering group at Coradiant with specific focus on customer beta testing, strategic technology partnering, virtualization and cloud enablement strategy. Prior to joining Coradiant, Dave was a Sr. Technology Consulting manager at EMC Corporation where he architected and lead deployments of application infrastructure virtualization strategy. Prior to EMC, Dave was a Principal Engineer with General Electric’s Ground Transportation division focused on custom software development and deployment for GE’s rail and power customers.
Dave hold’s ITIL, EMC and VMWare Architecture certifications and education in Business Administration from Bowling Green State Univeristy.
Vice President of Product Management
Fred leads the product management team and innovation efforts at Coradiant. Earlier, Fred led various development projects for Coradiant including the introduction of Coradiant's groundbreaking TrueSight product line. Prior to Coradiant, Fred was a principal at Internet consultancy Networkshop, where he worked on early research into SSL, high-availability, and data center infrastructure, including research for Intel, IBM, Alteon (acquired by Nortel Networks), Radware, and other leading networking firms.
Fred has over 10 years of industry experience and studied Music and Computer Science at Concordia University in Montreal.
Vice President, Services
Cary leads Coradiant's global customer services, technical support, and professional services functions, bringing a proven track record of more than 16 years of operational and services management experience with globally distributed organizations.
Prior to co-founding Coradiant he joined Networkshop, the network infrastructure consulting firm from which Coradiant was formed, driving the company's sales and global expansion efforts.
Vice President of Technology and Advanced Development
Joe brings over 20 years of industry experience in the software and systems management industry. Prior to joining Coradiant, Joe was the VP of Technology at Symphoniq, focusing on architecture. Before Symphoniq, Joe helped lead Oracle’s Enterprise Manager Group efforts into providing end-user monitoring. Joe was a cofounder of Envive, which provided performance management solutions for SAP’s R/3 and later Web applications. Envive was later acquired by Keynote Systems. At Keynote, Joe had responsibility for three product lines for load testing and monitoring of web applications. Joe also held research and development roles at IBM and Xerox.
Joe graduated from MIT with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and earned his master’s degree from Stanford University in Computer Science with a focus in artificial intelligence.
